Pregnancy
Trying to conceive and then finding out you are pregnant is such an exciting, yet daunting time. You want to do everything to nurture and grow a healthy baby, but don’t know where to start. It is just as important to ensure you nourish yourself, setting up for a positive birth and postpartum period. I will be able to help you navigate through the nutritional needs of conception & pregnancy and put in place a plan to guide you through each trimester, plus manage any symptoms that pop up along the way.

Postpartum
When it comes to postpartum, nourishing, nutrient-dense food plays a critical role in a mother’s internal healing and recovery. Food is the fuel source for the body, providing energy when sleep-deprived, key nutrients to produce breastmilk and helps to regulate hormones. It is a time when nutrient demands are the HIGHEST they will ever be in your life. I can help you identify areas where you need a little more support, to ensure you feel energised and adequately nourish yourself and baby.

Little Ones
The first 1,000 days of a child’s life – from conception through to 2 years old – plays such a critical role in the growth, development, and long-term health of children. I can support you through your child’s solids journey, whether that be where and how to start, or to navigate the challenges that may arise along the way, such as eczema, food sensitivities, constipation or general feeding difficulties.
