I met with Kelly after having my third baby to get advice on how to avoid postnatal depletion and boost my energy to keep up with my 2 other young children. Kelly suggested some supplements to try and ways to balance my diet to ensure I am getting enough nutrients to replenish my body whilst breastfeeding and support my baby. She was warm and welcoming to talk to and after implementing a few of the changes she suggested I am already noticing improvements within myself.
